A disciple is someone who learns. As Christians we learn from and about Jesus Christ and how to become more like him. At St Michael's Church we believe learning is important and offer as many opportunities as possible for people to learn. Below are some of the ways you might learn with us.

Bible Book Club

THE ALIVE COURSE

Started on Thursday 17th April 2026 and lasting for 5 weeks. ALIVE is a series exploring the stories of some of the people who encountered Jesus after his resurrection and addresses key human needs. It shows how Jesus’ resurrection still meets those needs.

LECTIO Course

The Lectio Course is a 5-part series where Pete Greig, from 24-7 Prayer, will help us to explore lectio divina and incorporate it into our life of prayer.

Every Monday we gather as a community to pray with so many others around the world through Morning Prayer. Through prayers and readings we bring our focus at the start of the week on to God.
