On October 1st 2025 we got the keys to 47 Redwood Drive.
Our vision of being at the heart of the community of Waddington will be extended through this building.
We hope it to be a community grocery, a Christian bookshop and a place where we can host wellbeing groups.
New front signage went up on December 1st 2025, with the walls getting a fresh coat of paint and new carpets and vinyl being laid in early December, furniture going in in February 2026 ahead of a soft opening for after Easter 2026.
Tea and Toast group - weekly on Tuesdays 9am - 11am

Beacon Cafe- weekly on a Tuesday evening, 6.30pm - 9.30pm.
Crafty Spirits - weekly on a Wednesday 1pm - 2.30pm
Bible Book Club- monthly on the 4th Wednesday at 7pm.
Read and Share - weekly on Thursday 1pm - 3pm
Lego and Let God - monthly on the 1st Friday 6.30pm.
The Crew - 1st and 3rd Saturdays, 10am - 12pm

Unicorn Tree Books, owned by Melanie Carroll, moved into 47 in March 2026.
The shop consists of both some general books as well as the wider selection of Christian and religious books, new and secondhand, children's titles too!
There is also gifts, cards, candles and church supplies - and with the benefit of free parking outside we really hope that will be a boon and an encouragement to visit for our churches near and far too. Church Discount Scheme is on the agenda, as is the old school book return credit scheme!
And don't forget the shop is on the route of the No.13 bus which stops just opposite too -
so we hope that many will come visit.
